Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Offer Management: Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise clients and candidates effectively.

Key Requirements:
