Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter at MapIT Solutions Group Inc in Vadodara. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT positions in various domains. The IT Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

• Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively screen and select candidates
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
