FREELANCE IT RECRUITER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to help us source and recruit top IT talent for our clients. As a freelance IT recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with qualified candidates, evaluating their skills and experience, and presenting the best candidates to our clients.

Identify and source top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a freelance IT recruiter or in-house recruiter.

Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology.

Responsibly work for minimum 6 Hrs on daily basis and provide quality profiles on daily basis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Strong negotiation skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
