IT Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter with 3 to 4 years of expertise in the Indian domestic market, eager to expand their knowledge into the APAC region. The ideal candidate should have a consultancy background, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles across various technologies and domains.
• Leverage multiple channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate salary packages, employment terms, and provide pre-onboarding support.
• Learn and adapt to the nuances of the APAC recruitment market, including visa terms, tax structures, and regional talent preferences.
• Provide guidance to candidates on cost of living and market expectations in the APAC region.
• Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and generate reports for management.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment within the Indian domestic market.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn the APAC recruitment market.
• Consultancy background with expertise in managing multiple clients and roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
