Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT recruitment. As an intern, you will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting our hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and attracting top IT talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support in drafting and posting job descriptions and advertisements.
- Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT recruitment and a desire to learn about the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
