Note: Who are interested to transform Hard core sales (who deals with Credit card sales/ CASA/ Personal loans/ Gold loans/Insurance / Real-estate sales to Recruitment sales(Job marketing), we will accept those resources too. Please feel free to share with us.

Job Description:
Must have End-to-end recruitment experience.
Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster /Linked or Social Media Networks ).
Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
Must Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H (70%) Full-time (30 %).
Good understanding of all of IT skills.
Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
Candidates must be very strong in sourcing skills and have good exposure to IT skill sets.
Must have a thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Must be good at handling job boards and social media for recruiting the right candidate.
Completely Work from the Office.
