We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in the Indian job market to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry and its job market trends. They should be able to identify, attract and hire top IT talent to meet our company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
• Source, screen and interview potential candidates using various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to prepare and extend job offers
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in the Indian job market
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and job market trends
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top IT talent
• Experience in using various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
