What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer, utilizing a 360-degree approach.
- Become an expert in sourcing talent on LinkedIn Recruiter Power Search (RPS) and other online platforms.
- Leverage your knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
- Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in the selection process.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and account managers throughout the process.
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum 0 - 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various roles and industries.
- Adept at utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Power Search (RPS) for advanced sourcing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A genuine passion for recruiting and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Openness to experiencing new cultures and a willingness to work across the EMEA and India markets.
