As an Domestic IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent in contractual roles while managing relationships with staffing vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contractual Hiring: Identify and recruit IT professionals for short-term and contractual positions.
- Vendor Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with staffing vendors to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and vendor management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in contractual hiring and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
