- As an IT Recruitment Consultant at Intelliest Technology Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified IT candidates in various roles within our client organizations
- You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, build relationships with potential candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish
- This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top IT talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Matching: Identify suitable roles for candidates based on their skills and career goals, and present them to clients.
Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
