Job Description

We are looking for a support executive who acknowledges customer requests and handles them expeditiously and professionally. Who interact with customers and provide them solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • A day-to-day schedule would consist of answering client calls, responding to emails to help resolve client issues, setting up new clients on the system, following up on previous support tickets to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Candidates must be able to follow SOP, create support tickets, follow through if the issue is not resolved right away, and ask for help if there is a roadblock until the client issue is resolved. Client satisfaction is above all else.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Testing new technology
Skills Required
  • Should be able to work under pressure, keep organized and look for solutions
  • Should seek out solutions when they hit a roadblock instead of dropping the task and forgetting it
  • answer Tickets and Emails from end-users and resolve their issues.
  • Proactively communicate and accurately set customer expectations.
  • Analyze and coordinate assigned support issues according to Support Standards.
  • Should have strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent search skills. Coordinating with the Software Development Team for resolving client problems.
  • Must be able to speak & write English fluently with little or no accent. Should be proficient in email writing.
  • Add on if you can use Linux/Unix/Windows Operating system.
  • The ability to multitask. Computer literate (PC) - Expert level.
  • Should be able to analyze and learn existing enterprise software in a quick time.
  • Should be good in documentation and following processes.
  • Must know how to use Gmail, outlook, docs, excel sheets, and other tools.
  • Should be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be self-motivated and able to work on own. Needs to be a strong team player with eagerness and ability to pick up new technologies within the project context.
  • Should be able to work closely with internal and external counterparts
  • Must be hardworking, determined, dedicated and an individual with a positive attitude.
  • Experience required 1-5 years.
