What you'll do
Involved in end-to-end recruitment life cycle. Understanding the requirements of the position in detail. Tapping various recruitment sources like databases, job portals, networking for sourcing candidate profiles. Conducting initial screening of resumes to check for candidate position match based on work experience, qualifications etc. Searching best candidates who fit the requirement from job portals and various sources. Explaining the candidates about the openings, its growth prospects and details. Convincing and guiding them to the best-matched jobs.
Conducting telephonic interviews to assess the candidates suitability for the requirement. Ensuring resumes of the short listed candidates are presented to clients in structured formats. Scheduling the candidates for an in person interview with the client. Ensuring closure of positions within target hire date through rigorous follow-ups and coordination with the client.
Maintaining and updating status of all ongoing positions (status of interviews, candidates shortlisted for various rounds etc). Working collaboratively in a team to facilitate the recruitment process. Negotiating with the candidates on work location, interview and joining date, and expected salary. Building rapport with the candidates for generating references and head hunting. Handling the Joining formalities of New Employees.
