- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment - Hands on experience into Sourcing, Screening, Headhunting etc - Interacting with Hiring Managers for scheduling interviews, coordination and follow up - Working on various portals including Naukri, Linkedin, Hirist, Angel List Etc - Must have worked on technologies in UI Development, Web Development, Mobile Application Development and other cutting edge technologies - Handling documentation, legal formalities with clients and resources - Working in liaise with accounts team to raise monthly invoices and bills
