Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent in the Information Technology sector for various positions. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity, ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment and a solid understanding of IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and candidate requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and negotiating offers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and technologies in the IT industry.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a work-from-home setup.
- Good understanding of IT roles and terminologies (e.g., software developers, system admins, network engineers).
- Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have own Laptop and strong Wi-Fi Connection.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
