The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter at AARK Connect. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting on a day-to-day basis. The role involves matching client requirements with qualified candidates in a timely and accurate manner.
Ideal Profile
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Hiring
- Ability to understand and match client requirements with candidates
- Knowledge of the IT industry and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
