Allied Mineral Products is a leading manufacturer of monolithic refractories worldwide. We are seeking an
IT Project & Portfolio Analyst. This position is responsible for ensuring that Allied Mineral Products IT Portfolio is managed in a manner that maximizes its value and contribution to the organizational strategy.
Key Duties:
- Supports IT Portfolio staff by preparing reports and analyzing data for recurring project meetings.
- Actively analyzes data and processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Monitors project progress and interacts with project teams to collect status on assigned projects.
- Tracks and follows-up on open action items.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate across Allied's global locations.
- Must have one year or more of project management experience, PMO certification preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office application.
- Planview/Daptiv project tool administration preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Must be able to travel ( 5%) or as business needs require.
Working Environment:
- Office work environment.
- Work hours will be 2:30-11:30 IST.
