We are looking for a Project Manager to build and implement business functional programs.
Regardless of the industry, the overall objectives of a business analyst are to review and
analyze current and proposed business operations. Oftentimes, they will review financial
statements, KPIs, and other key metrics, and then consider options for improvement. Project
Manager will assess the overall effectiveness of a business and its departments to devise
solutions to problems.
Year of Experience: 3 yrs+
Education Required: B-Tech, BE, etc with 70% aggregate marks
12th - 70% and above
10th - 70% and above
CTC post Probation Period: 10 - 12 LPA (Lakhs per annum) based on the
performance of the candidate.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, organizing, and executing
projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and
resource requirements. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure
adherence to project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address any potential
issues or risks.
- Utilize knowledge of sprints and agile methodologies to plan and execute project tasks,
ensuring efficient and effective project management.
- Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives,
and other Scrum ceremonies to drive the team's adherence to agile principles.
- Oversee and manage the operations of tech projects, ensuring timely and successful
delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and
positive work environment. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide
guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and minimize project impact.
Implement effective change management strategies as necessary.
