Responsibilities:
Manage projects and services, using appropriate methodology. Facilitates the work of IT teams and manages stakeholders. Responsible for managing performance and relationship with suppliers to ensure delivery of IT services or project commitments, as appropriate. Develops sufficient IT and business knowledge to effectively manage the service or project. Manages IT budget for the project or service and demonstrates effective communication and management of change skills. May involve managing a service end-to-end, from current operations to releasing new features and security compliance, to continuous improvements and owning roadmap.
Requires extensive experience and knowledge of IT and applicable business domain.
Able to translate strategies into actionable plans and lead a broad team to achieve results
Actively works with stakeholders to set priorities
Solves complex IT process and operational problems using in depth experienceQualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
Typically 6-7 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires extensive experience and knowledge in job and ability to work independently.
