Overview
As an IT Project Manager Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various IT projects within the organization. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and the continuous improvement of IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project resources, including internal team members and third-party vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support project budgeting and cost tracking
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and workshops
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
- Assist in quality assurance and testing activities
- Participate in post-project evaluation and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
