Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in managing cross-functional and remote project teams.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience training rising talent in the technology department
- The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
- Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project objectives, tasks, and resources required, and create project plans and schedules.
- A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client handling exposure - Regular client calls will be the part of work
- Handle individual projects and clients accordingly
- Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
- Review / Improve upon current processes / methodologies
- Should ensure whole team is following same coding standards.
- Training the team to deliver the projects
- Self-ownership for management of work
- Weekly status and monthly status reporting
- Create project plans with relevant team members
- Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials
- Oversee the implementation of project improvements
Must be flexible to work in Night shifts if required.
