• Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of LMS applications and systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.

• Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability for project execution.

Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.

• Provide hands-on support and expertise in LMS configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance within LMS applications.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT project management and LMS technologies.

• Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical IT Project Manager.

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

Experience with cloud-based LMS solutions and integration with other systems is a plus.
