Overview
The IT Professional (SAP B1 HANA & Zoho One) plays a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One systems. They are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of these systems, providing technical support, and driving continuous improvement to meet the company's evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One users.
- Configure, customize, and integrate SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One modules to align with business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Perform data migration, system upgrades, and patch management for SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One.
- Monitor system security and access controls to safeguard data and ensure compliance.
- Optimize system performance and scalability through regular analysis and tuning.
- Stay abreast of SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Train end users and stakeholders on SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One functionalities and capabilities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrating and supporting SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One systems.
- Expertise in database management and SQL scripting.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process optimization.
- Proficiency in system integration and customization using SAP B1 HANA and Zoho One technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Certification in SAP B1 HANA and/or Zoho One is highly desirable.
