Job Title: IT -Product Owner / Analyst -Liability
Job Location : Thrissur/ Kochi
Experience: 10-15 years
Minimum qualification Needed : Any Graduate / Experience in Banking Domain, overall, more than 8 years of experience
Job Roles :
- Strong understanding of the Liability side of banking
- Work with the IT team of the bank to develop and maintain products related to the liabilities side of banking.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- To identify gaps and opportunities
Major Responsibilities :
- Create and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and backlogs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Competencies :
- Understanding of Core banking solution (CBS) workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Payments side of the banking (NACH, NEFT, RTGS, UPI & Cards)
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA
- Working knowledge of API would be an added advantage
