Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT department and ensure that our technology infrastructure supports all of our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in IT management and a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our IT team, implementing new technology solutions, and ensuring that our systems are secure and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
- Implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure the security of our IT systems and data
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
Requirements:
- 5years of experience in IT management
- Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
