IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage and oversee local systems and network infrastructure in collaboration with the Group Central IT department. This position ensures the implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of local systems and networks according to Group standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate a team of IT specialists, manage system integrity, and drive the deployment of corporate IT strategies while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:

- Manage local systems and network infrastructure in alignment with Group Central IT standards.

- Ensure system and network integrity, availability, and performance.

- Implement and maintain local systems, improving infrastructure where necessary.

2. Team Leadership:

- Coordinate and lead the local IT team, setting daily priorities and annual targets.

- Oversee the activities of IT specialists and ensure consistent performance.

- Define and implement a strategic IT roadmap based on the PH Group IT strategy.

3. Network and System Operations:

- Ensure the local systems are fully functional and aligned with group standards.

- Quickly address and resolve network or equipment issues to minimize downtime and avoid business disruption.

- Manage the Helpdesk ticket resolution process to ensure timely responses.

4. Change Management:

- Collect and analyze local infrastructure business needs and translate them into RFC (Request for Change) documents.

- Write and manage change control documentation for all local infrastructure changes.

- Lead local system deployments, ensuring compliance with system standards.

5. Asset Management:

- Maintain up-to-date records of local assets in the corporate asset management database.

- Ensure efficient management and tracking of all local IT assets.

6. Process Support & Deployment:

- Provide IT support for the deployment of new processes requiring IT knowledge.

- Act as the local point of contact for system changes, deployments, and troubleshooting.

7. Quality Management & Compliance:

- Accountable for maintaining local quality systems and ensuring all IT processes comply with corporate standards.

- Write, maintain, and enforce procedures related to IT systems and network infrastructure.

- Participate in corporate strategy discussions and contribute to defining procedures and leading relevant projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on system and network infrastructure.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Experience with IT change management and asset management processes.

- Knowledge of system deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience working within global or multi-site organizations is a plus.
