Job Description
Responsible for working withusers either internal or external, includingvendors/suppliers. To perform IT supporton infrastructure and operation covering end-to-end process which include CSC, Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House process. Architect theinfrastructure and design with related partners e.g. network provider, data center support, etc. to ensure store infrastructure fulfil current and future business requirement and security concern. Manage operation support provider to achieve business requirement and IT service.
Being theleader of the IT department and point of contact for IT team to ensure that all IT services are functioning properly to be able to operate the Hotelbusiness as per the expectation and performs other task as assigned.
Perform risk management to minimize support risks, maintain infrastructure andapplication with knowledge of POS and all existing store systems, work closely with network and system support provider.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team work.
- Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
- 4 to 6 experience in Hotel Industry
