Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and technical skills and be able to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide technical support and guidance
- Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to IT
- Manage the budget for the IT department and ensure that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-12 years of experience in IT management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software systems
- Experience with network administration and security
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budget management and cost control
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or related field is a plus
