Position Overview:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous IT Manager with expertise in the Microsoft Office 365 suite to lead our IT department. This role involves developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, managing our IT infrastructure, and ensuring our IT operations are executed precisely and efficiently, with a strong focus on adherence to SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems and services.
- Apply industry best practices to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
Microsoft Office 365 Administration:
- Act as the primary administrator for the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the Office 365 environment.
- Provide training and support to staff on Office 365 applications and features.
IT Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and oversee IT policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Regularly update IT policies to align with changing technologies and business objectives.
- Conduct employee training and awareness programs on IT best practices and policies.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure cost-effective services and meet service level agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in IT management, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously manage and execute projects.
- SOP-driven with a strong commitment to adherence to policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all company levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
