Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to support business objectives
• Develop and implement technology strategies and initiatives that align with business goals
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of our technology infrastructure
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software to improve business processes
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the industry

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in IT management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and architecture
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization
• Experience with network security and data privacy
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop solutions
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
