Role Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales positioning and Solutioning for IT Managed Services
- Customer Engagements and customer presentations
- Work together with Sales and Delivery for New Business Acquisition
- Customer Relationship Management and add on Sales
- Creating Managed Services Offerings
Skills & Experience
- Excellent Solutioning Skills of multiple IT Managed Services Sales
- Has experience of leading solutioning for multiple IT MS deals across geographies
- Conceptualizing products and solutions based on customer needs and tailoring existing offerings based on same
- Partnering with sales for closures, participating in end-to-end sales cycle including techno-commercial value propositions
- Multi Domain expertise covering Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Public Sector and Energy & Utilities etc
- Technical Competence of Networking, Data Center, Cloud, Security, Management platforms
- Experience in overall deal P&L construct
- Experience in Managed Services Delivery would be a plus
