Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record of 5-8 years in IT consulting, particularly in the area of managed services.
- Expertise in assessing, designing, and implementing managed IT service solutions for clients.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, security measures, and backup solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects from conception to successful implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Certification in relevant IT and consulting domains is desirable.
