Job Summary
The IT Licensing and Procurement Coordinator manages software licenses and processes purchase orders within the IT department, ensuring compliance and optimizing software usage. They assist with vendor relationships and track procurement activities to achieve cost-effective solutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to support IT operations and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and manage license renewals, expirations, and compliance.
- Ensure proper allocation and usage of software licenses across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with licensing agreements.
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders for IT equipment, software, and services.
- Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of POs.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Monitor and report on the status of outstanding orders and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to software licenses, procurement activities, and vendor agreements.
- Generate regular reports on software usage, license compliance, and procurement status for management review.

- Strong proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
