We are seeking an experienced IT Lead Development Manager with 8-18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT development management and experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology or a related field
Experience:10-12 experience as a4GL/C++/Dot NetProgrammer with experience withSQL database queries
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for Design, develop, and maintain applications using 4GL/C++/Dot Net programming languages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Assist in the development of technical specifications and project documentation.
Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in 4GL programming.
KeyFunctional Skills:
Experience with database management systems like SQL
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with web development and integration of web technologies.
Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS), Master of Computer Science (MCS), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Master in Computer Management (M.C.M), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)
