Could you be the full-time IT Infrastructure Solutions Engineer in our dynamic team we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your in-depth IT expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, agile, and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless operation and performance of our Azure cloud platform. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (network, cybersecurity, workplace, and cloud & compute teams), tackle incident and problem management, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of maintaining platform stability, conducting security audits, and coordinating with DevOps teams, but also providing technical support and user assistance.
We'll look to you for:
Maintaining platform stability and performance
Incident and problem management
Technical support and user assistance
Monitoring and alerting using Alstom monitoring platforms
Ensuring security and compliance
Supporting cybersecurity audits and remediations

Degree in Engineering, preferably in information technology
Experience or understanding of public cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of operating systems, mainly Windows
Familiarity with network concepts (firewall, VPN, etc.)
Azure Administrator certification (AZ 104) or equivalent
Proactive approach to delivery constraints and technical decision-making
Ability to understand customer context and Alstom products
