- Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Infra Tools position located in Mumbai. As an IT Infra Tools professional, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involved in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure tools. This includes installing, configuring, and upgrading software applications and tools, troubleshooting system issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring data integrity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure tools and systems- Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading software applications and tools
Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and performing root cause analysis
- Knowledge of monitoring and performance optimization techniques
Understanding of data integrity and security best practices- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field- Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure and tools
