Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an IT-Human Resources Executive at XcelTec, located in Ahmedabad. As an IT-Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR activities relating to IT personnel. This includes recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and policy implementation. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and promoting a positive working environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
