Job Description: IT Hardware & CCTV Support
We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware & CCTV Support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all IT hardware and CCTV systems used by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform regular maintenance on IT hardware and CCTV systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT hardware and CCTV support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with networking and security protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
