Mission
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities within the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems by implementing security measures, monitoring systems, and performing regular backups.
Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment and software.
Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software problems.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and passwords.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and virus checks.
Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment, software licenses, and services.
Manage contracts and relationships with third-party service providers.
Assist in planning and executing IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, network expansions, and software implementations.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in IT support, network management, or a similar role.
Requirement- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
