IT Executive (Permanent - Work from Home)

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our team. This is a permanent, work from home position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for managing our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth running of our operations. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide technical support to staff
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends
• Manage and maintain relationships with external service providers
• Manage and maintain our website and social media presence

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 2-6 years of experience in IT management or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing relationships with external service providers
• Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
• Experience in managing and maintaining websites and social media presence
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Able to work independently and remotely
• Good time management skills
• Fluent in English
