Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications
- Ensure that all systems are up-to-date and running smoothly
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that IT systems are integrated with other business processes
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to IT systems
- Provide training to employees on new software and hardware
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in IT management
- Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and software installation and maintenance
- Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Certifications in relevant areas such as Cisco, Microsoft, or VMWare
