Roles And Responsibility
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise on new technologies
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, MacOS, Linux
- Networking Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS
- Virtualization & Cloud: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, AWS and Azurec
- Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
- Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Additional certifications (MCSA and RHCE) will be considered an advantage
