Key Responsibilities
Hardware Management:
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure hardware integrity.
Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets and manage hardware lifecycle.
Software Management
Deploy, update, and maintain operating systems and enterprise software applications.
Ensure software compliance and manage software licenses.
Provide application support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Network Administration
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Implement network security measures to protect data and maintain privacy.
System Security
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard IT systems.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Respond to security incidents and provide solutions to prevent future occurrences.
