Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to join our team at the Kharadi location. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardware and networking, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Management:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly.

Manage hardware inventory and ensure timely upgrades and replacements.

Networking:

Set up, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot network issues and perform regular maintenance and updates.

Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.

Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and security.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and network diagrams.

Prepare and present reports on IT infrastructure performance and issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware and networking.

Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.

Proficiency in managing and configuring network devices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA.

Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
