IT executive

Description

We are seeking an IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in hardware, software, and networking. The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure, as well as providing technical support to employees and customers. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software, and networking equipment
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Provide technical support to employees and customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage and maintain IT inventory and assets
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve business processes and operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Experience with IT security policies and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
