Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. ystem Administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups and recovery processes. Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects and system upgrades. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and procure hardware/software. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive IT procedures and system documentation. User Training: Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials for employees. Compliance: Ensure IT activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years in IT support or system administration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols. Certifications: Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA) are preferred. Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
