Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network and server issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime
- Maintain security protocols and ensure data privacy
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and resolve technical issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2-7 years of experience in IT engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions, such as AWS or Azure
