Responsibilities:
The primary role will be to perform day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors design, consultation, and system configuration to support various human resources processes. Areas of emphasis will include configuration related to Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Compensation, etc.., and liaising with SAP. Additional responsibilities will include participating on project teams both as a leader and a member, working closely with IT and business project managers throughout all phases of project implementations, and coordinating technical solutions as required by the business.
This role will have the following responsibilities:
Demonstrate knowledge of HR configuration using Success Factors with expertise in one of the key modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation)
Demonstrate working knowledge of HR business processes / system concepts with focus on Success Factors.
Take self-directed lead in analyzing system incident reports, performing root-cause analysis, assessing alternatives, and implementing a solution.
Implementation of the quarterly release
Partnering with SAP and the internal HR teams supporting day to day issue and also for project related activities
Provide techno-functional support in testing SAP HR modifications and communicating the changes to the stakeholders.
Manage common configuration issues and system updates based on evolving business requirements and process changes.
Design and implement low to medium system solutions as required to support Business needs.
Perform analysis of a new SAP HR requirements and determine tasks required for implementation.
Provide end-user system training.
Identify improvement opportunities for application support processes and implement changes based on business needs.
Performs IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting the companyQualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS or related field preferred
6 - 8+ years of SAP Success Factors hands-on experience in the area Employee Central, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation
Experience in a global implementation of SAP Success Factor (1-2 implementations)
Experience in implementing and supporting the quarterly releases
Integration related knowledge with middleware Boomi or Jitterbit and etc
Success Factor's Certification in one or more areas (Employee Central, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation)
Experience with project methodology including planning, testing, and documentation standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
Ability to collaborate with global colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work with various functional areas and meet specified deadlines
