Job Description
Establish the IT capability, along with global leaders. Hold the ownership for innovative tech solutions, value delivery, and fostering digitisation globally.
Lead partnerships, ensure highly automated operations, provide leadership and lead the Chennai site.
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidates would:
Have site leadership experience, establishing IT operations for global companies.
Understand different operating models, having shown value delivery from global captives, preferably engineering / hi-tech.
Have a strong track record of leadership in engineering and technology roles, with at least 17+ years of experience in a senior management position
