Job Description

Position Overview:

We are actively looking for a proficient and seasoned IT & Digital Manager for Quality, New Product

Development, Procurement, Packaging functions to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

This role as IT Business Partner, will involve closely working with and partnering Business &

Functional Heads for these departments. This role will report to Lead IT & Digital Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prior technical experience of working in Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P), focusing on core solutions like PR to PO cycle for both Direct and Indirect procurements, Supplier Onboarding, RFP/RFQ evaluation and e-auction modules.

2. Prior work experience on projects with respect to Product Lifecycle Management, Packaging Systems for Artwork management and approval will be and added advantage

3. Prior work experience in IT for Quality management and proficient in Tools & Technologies relating to Quality Management System

4. Drive Adoption of current IT stack and Drive Value realization of IT / Digital programs

5. Should be able to engage with Business and digital team for opportunity identification, scoping, prioritization, development, timelines communication, CRs, delivery and BAU activities

6. Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills by working in an Agile environment with cross functional teams to define & write specs, BRDs, As-is vs To-be process flows.

7. Should be able to create the Solution design, best fit Architecture, functional and Technical specification as per the Business requirements.

Good knowledge of various IT Architecture models, Infrastructure arrangements (SaaS, PaaS), data platforms, Basic IT Security guidelines for hosting and deployment

8. Ability to lead existing technical team of Application Support in Procurement IT, HR IT, Packaging IT and other Functions

9. Engage and review the deliveries with the Vendor for quality, Cost, timelines adherence, and take corrective measures for ensuring the same.

10. Ensure holistic and timely delivery, QA, best utilization of the capabilities, resources and data around the requirements of the projects in the above mentioned Business IT capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Overall 5+ years of experience in Procurement IT area, HR IT and Project management of Key Digital Initiatives in FMCG domain

2. Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a similar relevant field

3. Experience leading development or implementations for Enterprise applications.

Technology Skills:

1. Proficient in MS .Net, MS SQL and Database platforms

2. Previous experience on working on P2P platform like SAP Ariba, IVALUA etc for a P2P platform is desired

3. Working experience / Product understanding of Packaging Solutions like ESKO WebCenter is and added advantage

4. Good knowledge on API based integrations between IT applications

5. Good understanding of Cloud hosting services (AWS/Azure), SaaS/PaaS is desired

6. Has worked on Project Management tools like JIRA, MS Project for end to end Project Management and tracking
