This Delivery manager position is within the Global Information Technology organization. This is a new role and responsible for driving strategic projects for the India market across Digital, Wholesale and Retail channels that enable the business to achieve company imperatives and goals. This role will report to the IT Manager in India. They will work with local and global partners, business teams and IT and will be responsible for driving and managing details of development, implementation and maintenance for systems utilized for Crocs Inc. India business. Adaptability is key for success in this role, as the ideal candidate should be able to pivot quickly to address evolving priorities and take on additional responsivities as required.
The incumbent will provide detailed status, raise, and resolve program implementation issues to ensure that the program goals are achieved. This IT program manager will work with India resources and teams in the US. They will need to work hours that span multiple time zones. Project execution, vendor management and clear communications, are important aspects of this role. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
What will you do
- Lead and manage strategic IT programs that drive Crocs Inc. India business
- Communicate, drive and deliver programs with a matrixed team across EMEA, APAC, India and US
- Drive project discovery to confirm requirements and design for solutions ensuring they meet organizational goals
- Direct, organize and deliver programs with a matrixed IT project portfolio, with a significant focus on growth and expansion for digital and retail
- Drive programs through standard program management processes. Regular status updates, end to end program plans, intake process and prioritization, matrixed resource management and executive updates
- Provide operational and break/fix support management to business stakeholder organizations as necessary
- Ensure the security, capability and reliability for the systems are built into project requirements
- Build strong vendor relationships and provide partner status for programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions
- Function as a strong contributor to the IT team, participating in special projects and task forces as required
- Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, philosophy and culture of the organization
- Proactively communicate to stakeholders ranging from front line staff to IT management
- Develop strong relationships with regional leaders, external partners, and vendors
- Risk Management and Compliance - Ensure that all IT activities comply with all local India laws, regulations, and best practices
Who are you
- 5+ years of experience managing programs in the information technology field
- Experience utilizing JIRA for driving programs tasks and resources availability
- Proven experience in driving, managing, and implementing IT programs
- Excellent problem-solving, decision making and project management abilities
- Fluent English skill (English reading, writing, and speaking)
- Good interpersonal relationships and active communication
- Active and flexible attitude for fast dynamic business
- Good understanding of the company's overall business operations and products
- Effectively communication skills to provide technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to partner with suppliers, business customers, and IT staff on cross-functional projects and service improvements
- Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices
- Skills and proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into logical, actionable parts
